This was a major remodel project for a SE Portland home. Upstairs had 3 bedrooms and there was an unfinished basement. We converted one of the upstairs bedrooms to a master bathroom with walk-in closet, and completely finished out the basement to be an income-producing 2-bedroom ADU with it's own wet-bar kitchen, bathroom and laundry/utility room.
