I launched my architectural education at Washington State University in 2004 and have since developed areas of focus and discovered new interests. After graduating in 2008, I entered the Masters of Architecture program at the University of Oregon, in Portland. Each summer during my undergraduate studies, I worked at a small architecture firm on Bainbridge Island. After graduation I worked a summer internship with Group Mackenzie, in Seattle, which showed me a new side of architecture. My final summer between school years I sought to develop my technical interests, applied knowledge I gained from being a Teacher’s Assistant for the Environmental Control Systems course at WSU, and began working at the Mechanical Engineering company, McKinstry Co. Each of my work experiences have built upon my education in school, and helped me find new passions to pursue in the built environment. This is a collection of my ventures undertaken, and their fruits.
